If you own a different brand, no problem, most telehandler parts are universal and can work between brands. We will work with you to determine what parts will work for you machine and get it order and to you as quickly as possible. That way you can have your equipment back up and running–saving you money by having as little downtime as possible. In most cases we will overnight your part from our inventory, or directly from the manufacturer.

- 3. We will check inventory and our current resources for your part and get back to you promptly with a quote.
- 4. If you decide to purchase the part, we will get it processed and shipped right away. As part of this we will send you a faxed confirmation of the order in the form of an invoice.
- 5. You receive your part and get your machine back on the job saving you time and money.
Now, a lot of people wonder why we don’t currently offer online parts ordering and require you to call us. The answer is simple, at Shelby we want a personal relationship with our customers. We want to know who you are, what you are working on, and how its going. This is a partnership to help you complete your jobs on time and with reliable equipment. Often times there can be confusion on what part is needed or which model each part fits ect. and this is what is typically lost in other forms of communication. With a personal phone call we can talk to you and find out what really is wrong and will be able to identify the correct part to fix your machine. This saves you the hassle from mistakenly ordering the wrong part from a complex and confusing database that some sites have. Again, this will save you time and money as well by eliminating the need to return a part and wait for the correct one to be ordered and shipped.
